Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Belfast, to recruit a Senior Production Manager.

As the successful Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all production operations across your division division, ensuring output meets specification, quality and delivery requirements.

What We Require:

• Have a third level qualification in either: Production / Mechanical / Process / Polymer Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years management experience within manufacturing
• Experience of lean manufacturing tools (5S / 5WHY / SMED)
• Have a good understanding of materials management
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
• Have excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Have experience of developing staff and achieving departmental and business objectives
• Have strong IT skills including MS office and particularly excel
• Have strong people management skills in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve challenging targets
