Sous Chef / Chef de Partie required for Carrickfergus Golf Club & North Belfast
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef (ideal) or a strong Chef de Partie to join our team, working across two busy sites - Carrickfergus and our North Belfast location.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef looking for consistent hours, a supportive team, and a varied role including both la carte service and large-scale functions.
The Role
- Supporting the Executive Chef across both venues
- Preparing and delivering high-quality food for daily service and functions
- Helping lead kitchen operations, particularly in the Sous Chef role
- Catering for events of up to 150 guests at weekends
Working Hours
Operating 6 days per week (closed Mondays)
4 days on / 3 days off rota, averaging around 40 hours per week
Last orders:
- Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00pm
- Friday-Saturday: 8:30pm
- Sunday: 7:00pm

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP
- Ability to work across both sites (must be able to travel between Carrickfergus and North Belfast)
- Experience with high-volume service and functions desirable
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
