Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant, dependant on experience. This role is perfect for a driven, 360 recruiter who excels at managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk: generate new business, manage client accounts, source and place candidates.
- Proactively identify and secure new clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Attend networking events and develop deep client relationships
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.
- Track activity and results using CRM/ATS systems and meet set KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a 360/full-desk recruitment.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Skilled in using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
- Integrity and good team player
