About the role - Digital Engagement Officer

This role will play a critical part in strengthening how Oxfam connects with supporters across digital channels, driving meaningful engagement and long-term relationships in an increasingly competitive environment. By combining innovation, digital strategy, audience insight, ethical use of AI, and compelling storytelling, the role will maximise Oxfam Irelands reach, impact and income. This role is s cross-functional team across social media, content creation, graphic design, multimedia, digital strategy, and retail content execution, working under the strategic direction of the Director of Innovation.
