Location: Rural Housing Association, 2 Killyclogher Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone

Salary: NJC Scale PT29 to PT35 (£39,862 £46,142)

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Associations maintenance service to provide a high-quality customer focus and cost-effective maintenance and improvement service to our tenants in relation to both preventative and response maintenance.

Essential Criteria includes:

Relevant third level qualification

• 5 years proven Property Management experience with at least 2 of those at a supervisory level.
• Proven track record in formulating and delivering programmes to performance targets, budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong proven procurement and contract management experience relating to the delivery of work programmes.
