As part of an exciting expansion, join Field Sales Solutions, an awardwinning field marketing agency, in partnership with Procter & Gamble. Were looking for a motivated, articulate individual to drive sales and deliver outstanding instore execution for Gillette.
Location:HUNTINGDON (CB7, CB23, MK41, MK42, NN1, NN3, NN8, NN10, PE1, PE3, PE4, PE6, PE7, PE10, PE11, PE15, PE19, SG18)
What youll do:
- Execute Gillettes field sales strategy across your territory
- Ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliant fixtures
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Use EPOS data to identify opportunities and resolve issues
- Conduct business reviews to drive category growth
- Deliver training to store teams on products and initiatives
What were looking for:
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience in grocery or highstreet retail and category management
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and develop sales opportunities
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and confident working independently
