The Role

As part of the Residential Property team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions, including:

Advising on residential sales and purchases, drafting contracts, and managing property transfers.

Handling re-mortgages and equity release transactions.

Dealing with shared ownership sales, purchases, and lease extensions.

About You

We are looking for a driven solicitor with:

A minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law (qualified in England and Wales).

A strategic and commercially aware approach to delivering tailored legal advice.

A passion for providing exceptional client service.
