A welcoming and highly supportive Primary School in Enfield is seeking a passionate and empathetic Learning Support Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated SEN team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable school-based experience while working closely with experienced SEN professionals, specialist teachers, and Educational Psychologists.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional learning needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. You will provide encouragement, structure, and emotional support, becoming a positive role model within the classroom environment.

You will support children with:

• Autism (ASD)
• ADHD
• Speech & Language needs
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
• Moderate to severe learning difficulties

Ideal Candidate:

• Psychology Graduate (BPS Accredited preferred)
• Passionate about child development and mental health
• Caring, patient, and resilient personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable
• Genuine interest in SEN and education

This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build practical experience before progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Counselling, or Teaching.
