Manager – Self

quarterly travel to Bristol and Kingston for

Hours: 40 hours
per week
- Monday–Friday:
8:00am–6:00pm - Weekend rota (1 in
3):- Saturdays:
10:00am–5:00pm - Sundays:
10:00am–4:00pm
We are
recruiting for a dynamic and customer-focused
Assistant Manager / Relief Store
Manager role within a growing
self-storage company. This is a
multi-site position supporting several stores, ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining
high standards across all locations.
The successful
candidate will be confident leading teams, adapting quickly to
different environments, and building strong customer relationships
while converting warm leads into
sales.

Key
Responsibilities- Take
full operational responsibility in the absence of the Store
Manager - Drive sales performance, manage
customer enquiries, and maximise conversion rates from warm
leads - Build strong relationships with customers
and deliver excellent service standards - Lead,
coach, and support team members to achieve operational and sales
targets - Ensure compliance with financial,
operational, and Health & Safety
procedures - Conduct regular store audits,
including quarterly visits to Bristol and
Kingston - Monitor store
performance, reporting, and local market
activity - Maintain excellent store presentation
and operational efficiency - Adapt quickly to
different teams and add value across multiple
locations - Support ad hoc projects and business
initiatives xcswzye as required
Key
Requirements- Previous
management or supervisory experience with the ability to deputise
when required - Strong numerical and analytical
skills - High attention to detail, particularly
around compliance and audit
processes - Commercial awareness with the ability
to identify and maximise sales
opportunities - Excellent communication,
leadership, and organisational skills - Ability
to build rapport quickly and work effectively across different
teams - Full UK driving licence essential and
willingness to travel between
sites - Business-use vehicle insurance required
