Based in East Norfolk, but travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required
Full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Salary between 33,806 and 37,494 per annum, depending on skill set and future progression opportunities.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative, with a main trade of Carpentry/Plumbing to join our Reactive and Empty Homes Team in the East of Norfolk.
This role will work to help deliver an effective and efficient repairs service to our residents, working on our empty homes to ensure they are fit for relet and dealing with reactive repairs in our occupied properties as well. You will ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure a high standard of work to our properties.
This plays a key role in being responsible in providing an excellent service to our residents, so if you want to help make a difference to our residents, this may be the job for you!
