Early Years Teacher

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradley Stoke looking for an Early Years Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity in a supportive school with a strong focus on early development, child-centred learning, and creating a positive start to school life. The leadership team is approachable, the staff culture is collaborative, and there’s a real emphasis on wellbeing and professional development.

The school would welcome applications from experienced Early Years teachers as well as ECTs looking for a supportive first teaching role.

The role

As the Early Years Teacher, you’ll:

• Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s development across communication, literacy, numeracy and social skills
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• Observe and assess progress to support individual learning and development
• Work closely with support staff to ensure every child feels included and supported

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within EYFS
• Understands the importance of play-based and child-led learning
• Creates engaging and structured learning experiences
• Builds strong relationships with pupils and families
• Is committed to supporting every child’s development and wellbeing
