Operations Assistant - Distillery

Company: Burnt Faith

Location: London

Posted: May 16th, 2026

Overview:

Burnt Faith is the UK's first Brandy House, dedicated to redefining the potential of brandy. We blend respect for tradition with bold innovation to craft quality British Brandy and premium liqueurs. Based in E17 and a part of the Blackhorse Beer Mile, we distil, blend, and bottle our products on-site. We also have a popular on-site bar and BBQ kitchen residency in place.

Now in our third year and with increasing demand across the UK, we are seeking a proactive, hands-on Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the production floor and wider business. This is predominantly a practical role that will cover all aspects of production, though occasional assistance in general operations and sales support will be required.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a can-do attitude, who takes pride in quality, and values having a big impact in a growing team. The successful candidate will be based on-site, five days a week, at the distillery (ten-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station).
