To support the Compliance & Cyclical Servicing Manager and the wider housing service in achieving the priorities and objectives.
Liaising and overseeing all areas of the housing service in achieving all health and safety legislation in relation to this.
Reporting directly to the Compliance & Cyclical Servicing Manager the successful Compliance Surveyor will play a key part in establishing compliance across the housing stock (specifically for the items listed above). This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
