Responsibilities

A luxury design studio that creates exquisite 5‑star hotels in the UK and globally is looking for a project coordinator/technical lead with hands‑on design experience to work on luxury hotel interiors. The candidate will need to use AutoCAD or MicroStation for high‑level drawings (concept and development design stages), with some BIM and Revit experience/knowledge rather than a pure BIM manager. The role requires managing an internal team of approximately 5‑6 designers and liaising with the client’s drawing office in Delhi. The candidate will coordinate with external project consultants (architects, HVAC, MEP, acoustic, AV, etc.) via online meetings and site visits both in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• UK experience with luxury hotel (5‑star) projects only
• Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation with high‑level drawings (concept & development stages)
• Knowledge of BIM and Revit (not sole BIM manager)
• Experience managing an internal design team of 5‑6 members
• Ability to coordinate with the client drawing office in Delhi and external consultants (architects, HVAC, MEP, acoustic, AV, etc.) via online meetings and site visits both in the UK and overseas
