This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care. This is a residential home for children and young people with learning disabilities.Compass Homes are built around accepting a child as they are in a non-judgemental way. You will teach them to build self-esteem and accept themselves, helping their journey into adulthood.Your responsibilities as a Night time Residential Worker will include:Your job role will involve you working closely with children in care with you putting them at the centre of everything you do. Your day-to-day role will require you to support them in all aspects of their lives such as educational pursuits, hobbies, and activities.What makes us different?You will be part of the compass community of over 30 homes, you will be supported in your day-to-day job role by a friendly and supportive management team.
