You'll be joining a highly collaborative and growing team working on urban and public realm projects across London and the wider UK - from concept through to detailed delivery. The company has an outstanding reputation for technical excellence, strategic thinking, and employee development.

The Role

As a Principal Highways Engineer, you'll take a strategic and technical leadership role, overseeing the design and delivery of urban highway and public realm schemes, including S278 works and other complex transport infrastructure projects. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor senior and junior engineers, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards.
