Key Responsibilities
- Daily work closely with and support your lead engineer/mentor; assist on day‑to‑day tasks.
- Attend college when required to learn the technical side of networking and infrastructure.
- Achieve the end goal of becoming a qualified network and infrastructure engineer.
What We’re Looking For
- Fit into our company culture with a positive can‑do attitude and strong customer‑centric, problem‑solving approach.
- Good problem‑solving and methodical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- If joining the Apprenticeship programme (BTEC Level 3), you must have passed GCSE in maths and English at grade 4 or above. Security clearance is required – preparation to obtain MOJ clearance will be provided if not already held.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and energy in a fast‑paced, exciting environment.
- Comfortable using computer programmes such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MS Project; working with network hardware and wireless toolkits.
- Previous experience or coursework in IT support, networking, or infrastructure is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be over 18 and hold a valid manual driving licence.
