As a Structural Engineer, you’ll work in a small team of experienced engineers, gaining hands‑on exposure to the design and delivery of buildings and infrastructure across the UK. In this role you'll be developing your skills, confidence and professional judgement from day one but will need to be able to work using your own initiative.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate with a couple of years' work experience to build on strong foundations for your career in a supportive team that values curiosity, integrity and continuous learning, while supporting your progression towards chartership.
To provide support to the group in day-to-day activities and client services through structural engineering design and draughting activities. To learn ‘on the job’ by shadowing more senior members of the group and taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks depending on experience and confidence (with suitable support/training from the wider group). You'll also have the opportunity to enhance your understanding of structural/civil engineering and the role played in construction.
People are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we invest in them at every stage of their career. We are proud to hold the Investors in People Gold award, which we believe demonstrates our commitment to nurturing our people. Structured Apprenticeships and work experience opportunities are available across the organisation to support those at the beginning of their careers. We also have career development pathways to help you understand and structure your professional development.
We provide a range of benefits including hybrid working, the option to buy and sell annual leave, enhanced annual leave for long service, sponsorship for qualifications, a recruitment referral bonus scheme, enhanced family leave policies, an employee assistance programme, and more!
