Multi Trade Operative

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative / Carpenter to carry out external works, repairs, and refurbishment across healthcare, education, commercial and public buildings. What you'll do General maintenance & property repairs Brickwork, plastering, slabbing, roofing, basic carpentry Reactive and planned works Work allocated via tablet/PDA Deliver safe, high-quality jobs on time What you'll need NVQ Level 2 trade qualification CSCS card Full driving licence (max 3 points) Able to pass DBS check Confident working independently and with clients Nice to have (training provided if not) IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness What you get Company vehicle (fully maintained) Paid travel time & overtime (1.5x evenings, 2x nights) On-call rota (£100/week min 3hrs pay) Phone allowance 20 days holiday bank holidays Pension & benefits Permanent contract after 6 months If you're practical, reliable, and take pride in solid workmanship, we want to hear from you.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
