Quantity Surveyor | Utilities & Infrastructure | Leeds (Hybrid Working) | £45k - £55k Package We're working with a leading utilities provider to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, supporting a portfolio of infrastructure projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from pre-contract through to final account. Experience in utilities isn't essential - they're open to candidates from construction or civil engineering backgrounds with strong commercial awareness. Based in Leeds, the role offers a flexible mix of office, home working, and site visits. What You'll Be Doing; Managing commercial performance across multiple projects Preparing cost estimates, forecasts and reports Administering contracts (primarily NEC), including change control Assessing applications for payment and issuing certificates Negotiating variations and final accounts Identifying risks, opportunities and cost-saving measures Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders What You Will Need; Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civils Understanding of contract administration (NEC beneficial) Strong commercial and analytical skills Confident communicator with negotiation ability Organised and capable of managing multiple projects Why Apply?
