Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical Location: M8, Central Belt corridor Base: Glasgow Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, plus car allowance £7,800 The role: We're recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of HVAC / mechanical projects across commercial premises (managing agents, retail, offices). This is not a building-site/construction site environment - you'll be managing live environments and coordinating subcontractors to deliver safely on time and on budget. What you'll be doing: Manage multiple mechanical/HVAC projects across the Central Belt (often running concurrently) Coordinate subcontractors, materials, programmes, RAMS and site activity Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S best practice Oversee quality, progress, client communication and handover Track costs and reporting (projects typically up to £750k) What we're looking for: 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within Mechanical / HVAC Strong knowledge across full HVAC spectrum (AC, ventilation, heating) Confident managing multiple subcontractors and multiple live projects Mechanical trade qualifications essential CSCS / SMSTS not required but advantageous Familiarity with project/technical software (e.g., AutoCAD/BIM) advantageous Full UK driving licence Package: Car allowance: £7,800 Standard company benefits (details will shared at interview) No bonus Apply: To apply send your CV / message to Paul Davidson @PDA SEARCH & SELECTION paul.davidson@pdasearchandselection.com | pdasearchandselection.com41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
