What you’ll be stepping into:

• Small, well-supported classes with high staff ratios
• A curriculum built around individual needs, not rigid frameworks
• A collaborative team including therapists and specialist support staff
• Leadership that understands SEN and gives you the autonomy to teach

Your role:

You’ll take full class responsibility within one of the school’s tailored pathways, adapting learning for pupils with SLD, PMLD and autism.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences
• Lead and guide support staff effectively
• Use a range of communication strategies to engage pupils
• Create a calm, consistent classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
