We’re looking for a talented Marketing / Effectiveness Analytics specialist to join a fast-growing, market-leading business at a pivotal stage of its growth journey.
Reporting directly to the Head of Analytics, you’ll play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured and optimised across multiple channels. This is a highly visible role with real commercial impact — turning complex data into actionable insight that drives smarter investment decisions, improved efficiency, and stronger ROI.
The Role:
• Lead the development and evolution of marketing measurement frameworks
• Own and enhance MMM modelling and performance analysis capabilities
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to optimise marketing spend and accelerate growth
• Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams across the business
• Explore and implement new tools, methodologies, and approaches to improve effectiveness measurement
The Person:
• Proven experience within Marketing Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness or a similar role
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing and measurement methodologies
• Ability to work with complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially minded, naturally curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
